Privacy Policy

NextProjectPro Reporting is an internal advertising reporting tool. It is used by our own team and by authorized reviewers; it is not offered to the public.

What we collect

When an account is created for you, we store a username and hashed login credentials. When you connect a Facebook account, we store the resulting access token, your Facebook account's ID and name, and the token's expiration. Advertising, page, messaging, and commerce data displayed by the tool is fetched live from Meta's APIs when you view a page and is not stored.

How it is used

Stored tokens are used solely to request the reporting and management data you ask the tool to display, on your behalf. Data is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than operating this tool.

Data deletion

To delete your data, use either of the following. Both remove your stored credentials, your connected Facebook token, and every record associated with your account:

1. Ask the administrator who issued your login to delete your account.

2. Email privacy@nextprojectproreporting.com from the address associated with your account, requesting deletion. Requests are honored within 30 days.

You can also disconnect the tool from your Facebook account at any time from your Facebook settings under Business Integrations, which invalidates the stored token immediately.
